Quite Beautiful
My Modern Met
The sun made it's descent
Into the distant horizon,
Being chased by the velvet night
In shades of blues and blacks.
I watched the whole show
In the reflection of still waters
Which distorted the reality
Into an artist's rendering
Of the world I grew tired of.
So in the evenings,
You would find me
At the water's edge
Watching the world
I never take notice
Turn into something
Quite beautiful.

Hi, glad I've stumbled upon: love your words and that picture with the reflection on water (is it Dublin?) is amazing. I'll be back, ciao!
