I'm not a child
Anymore.
My body is not
Small and
Ever growing.

I'm not a child
Anymore.
My mind not
Flitting from one
Thought to another.

I'm not a child
Anymore.
I'm more responsible,
More independent
And more mature.

I'm an adult
Now.
I've lost my
Innocence,
But I hold onto my hope.
